You will achieve your Award by completing a personal programme of activities in four sections:

You'll find yourself helping people or the community, getting fitter, developing skills and going on an expedition.

Eco-Schools Enrichment is a pupil-led education programme that will deliver eco-projects to help make our site at Corley Academy more sustainable, increase environmental learning and benefit our community. Students who wish to take part in the Eco-Schools programme will become part of an Eco-Committee, who will design and deliver an Action Plan of eco-projects across the school year.

If the eco-projects are successful, we can apply for the Eco-Schools International award 'The Green Flag' and display this proudly at Corley Academy.

This programme is a great way to make a real difference; we can reduce our carbon footprint and make our school a greener, cleaner place for everyone.

  • Self-confidence
  • Cultural history
